The Culinary Division of the International Food, Wine and Travel Writers Association announces that Joël Robuchon was honored by IFWTWA for His Achievement in Epicurean Excellence.
IFWTWA President, Maralyn Hill, said, "After experiencing the 3 Michelin star, 5 star restaurant at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, it was evident why Joël Robuchon is so successful. The food and service exceeded many of my 5 star experiences. His employees respect and like him. According to the employees, Robuchon is very much 'hands on' from hiring, to food, to atmosphere and decor with frequent visits to all of his outlets.
