These fast casual Greek restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with a $6-$12 per person check average. Beer and wine are served. Average unit has seating for about 60. Catering is available. Locations are franchised and located in AL, AZ, FL, GA, LA, NC, SC, TN, and TX, with a Woodbridge, VA location to open soon.

    BOUDIN SOURDOUGH BAKERY based in San Francisco, CA (founded 1849) has increased by 1 unit for their Boudin Bakery concept, from 14 to 15 (7% concept growth). These are fast casual bakery/cafes with seating for about 60. Beer and wine are offered. The check average is around $4-$10. Lunch and dinner are served. Catering is available. Other concepts are Bakers Hall (1), Bistro Boudin (1) and Boudin SF (7). Overall company increase is from 23 to 24 (4% company growth). Locations are in CA and IL.

Other restaurants are Café Martinique (1), Chambers Kitchen (1), Dune (1), Jean Georges (2), Jojo (1), Lagoon (1), Matsugen (1), Mercer Kitchen (1), Nougatine (1), Perry St (1), Prime Steakhouse (1), Rama (1), Spice Market (2), V (1), Vong (1), and Vong's Thai Kitchen (1). Overall company increase was from 21 to 23 (10% company growth). These are upscale concepts, serving a variety of different cuisines. Locations have a full bar and average seating for about 200. Most units are open for lunch and dinner. Trading areas are BC, DC, IL, MA, MN, NV, NY, China, Qatar, Bora Bora, London, France, and the Bahamas. We featured this company on 10/21/08 (6% growth) and on 3/3/09 (6% growth).

    ROSA MEXICANO headquartered in New York, NY (founded 1984) has increased by 1 unit for the Rosa Mexicano concept, from 8 to 9 (13% growth) and expanded into CA. These are upscale Mexican restaurants with full bar and seating for around 200. The per person check, average is around $14-$50+. Catering and banquets are offered. The second company concept is City Grill (1 unit). Overall company growth is from 9 to 10 (11% growth). Locations are in CA, DC, FL, GA, MD, NJ and NY.
