  • Baja Fresh It is the sixth Baja Fresh restaurant in Florida, the remainder being located in the Southern part of the state.

Outfitted in a contemporary, intimate décor, the new location is perfect for dine-in guests or those on the go. The order counter features a redesigned menu board that promotes more customization, and the nearby salsa bar encourages guests to choose from 6 freshly made salsas, with at least one that will suit their taste-buds. Guests can enjoy the dining area equipped with wooden chairs and tables with Caesar Stone tops, while the use of warmer paints create a more upscale casual dining ambiance.

The new 1,500 square foot Baja Fresh is located at 4498 Alafaya Trail, Orlando across the street from the University of Central Florida. It is owned and operated by 12 year industry veterans Reyad Nofal and Missada Abukhdair, who also own and operate a number of other concepts. Nofal and Abukhdair are thrilled to open the first Baja Fresh in the Orlando area and stated, 'It is very hard to find high quality fresh Mexican food, and Baja Fresh offers just that. Our location across from the University will provide students with an affordable, fresh, healthy and quick alternative when dining out in the community.'

"We are proud to welcome Reyad and Missada to the Baja Fresh family,' said Baja Fresh President Charles Rink. 'Our newest location in Central Florida will surely fulfill the area's need for the finest in quick-casual fresh Mexican cuisine.'
