Krispy Kreme Signs New Partnership Agreement With The NFL Carolina Panthers

Beginning this season, Panthers fans can enjoy the one-of-a-kind taste of a Krispy Kreme Original Glazed doughnut while cheering on the home team at the Bank of America Stadium. A variety of Krispy Kreme products will be available in multiple locations throughout the stadium, including in a special Club Level Krispy Kreme doughnut shop which will also offer the Company's new Kool Kreme soft serve in traditional cones and doughnut sundaes.

"As a Company that has its roots firmly planted in the Carolinas, we are delighted to partner with the very successful Carolina Panthers organization," said Jim Morgan, president and chief executive officer of Krispy Kreme. "Because we are actively looking for suitable locations to build additional Krispy Kreme shops in the Charlotte metro area, the opportunity to offer our unique products at Panthers games ties nicely into our plans for growth in the region. We want to make our products more readily available where our consumers live, work, and play."

Krispy Kreme recently opened two of its new smaller doughnut shops in North Carolina, one in Winston-Salem and the other east of Raleigh in Knightdale. The Company also plans to open additional locations in downtown Raleigh and Lexington, SC, a suburb of Columbia, by the end of the calendar year.
