New Top Management Appointments in OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding

OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding, the leading casual-dining operator in Russia and the CIS (RTS, MICEX, ticker: ROST), announces key management appointments.

Sergey Beshev is appointed as President and CEO of Rosinter Restaurants Holding. Prior to joining Rosinter Restaurant Holding, Mr. Beshev headed the Moscow-region operations at MTS, a leading telecommunication company in Russia.

Rosinter Restaurants Holding's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of current President and CEO Lori Daytner to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Both appointments are effective as of June 15th 2009.
