Gourmet Frozen Yogurt Shop in San Francisco Opens Operations to Educational Institutions
Penguino's Invites School Districts for Class Fieldtrips
Penguino's is a healthy, fresh and original Gourmet Frozen Desserts shop in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Penguino's offers premium, all-natural Certified Organic, Non-Fat frozen yogurt, as well as freshly made Smoothies, one-of-a-kind Milkshakes and over 100 handmade frozen yogurt and ice cream flavor combinations.
The store is now opening its doors to educational institutions interested in teaching students about the value of nutrition and making healthier choices. Classrooms are invited to stop by Penguino's to learn about the process behind the making of their favorite frozen treats. Students can watch as a special mixing machine blends frozen yogurt or ice cream with select natural, fresh ingredients to create a tasty and healthy dessert.
Students also have the chance to create their own unique flavor combination and are invited to take home a fun bookmark and VIP card providing discounts on future purchases. Teachers will, of course, receive a complimentary serving.
The store's co-owners, Ali Mokhtari and Majid Ajmadi, are dedicated to using frozen treat production as an opportunity to educate students about the role of proper nutrition and ingredient awareness in leading a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Ali and Majid aim to build curiosity and interest in food ingredients among children to enable healthy choices among the next generation.
Penguino's is a great stop to any classroom fieldtrip to San Francisco's financial district.
