Once completed, this will fulfill the criteria of many municipalities that require fully audited financials before allowing a franchise business to register within the state. In addition, we will become a fully reporting company and apply for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board, which will bring additional visibility to Papa Bello and enhance our financial position as a public company."
Hansen Barnett and Maxwell is located in Salt Lake City, UT and has been providing Accounting, Tax, and consulting services to its public and private clients for over 40 years.
Founded in 2005, Papa Bello Enterprises is a Las Vegas, NV based corporation that owns, operates, and franchises Italian style eateries in the United States and China. The company currently has 21 stores in operation and has a master lease agreement with Wal-Mart.
