U-SWIRL International Announces Rapid Expansion Plans

U-SWIRL International, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Healthy Fast Food, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: HFFI), a Las Vegas valley based company, announced today the expansion of its U-SWIRL Frozen Yogurt chain. U-SWIRL International plans to open multiple corporate stores in 2009.

U-SWIRL has begun expansion with multiple stores in the Las Vegas valley under development for Spring 2009 openings, the first two locations will be located at 305 North Nellis Blvd. and 7591 West Washington Ave., with additional locations being announced shortly.

'We are looking forward to the rapid expansion of the U-SWIRL concept in the Las Vegas valley,' said Hank Cartwright, CEO of Healthy Fast Food, Inc., 'The self-serve concept allows consumers the ultimate choice at a great price point. We believe that U-SWIRL is uniquely positioned for national growth and we have recently launched our franchise program geared at multiple unit operators to develop stores throughout the country, in those states which we are qualified to offer franchises.'

This announcement does not constitute an offer of franchises, and franchises can only be offered through a USI Franchise Disclosure Document. No franchises will be offered to individuals or entities in, or for U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt stores to be located in, the following states: California, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin, until the franchise offering is registered or exempt from registration in that state.

U-SWIRL International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Healthy Fast Food Inc., and is launching a national chain of self-serve frozen yogurt stores, called U-SWIRL Frozen Yogurt. U-SWIRL allows guests the ultimate choice in frozen yogurt by providing 16 non-fat flavors, including tart, traditional and no sugar-added options and more that 40 toppings, including seasonal fresh fruit, sauces, candy and granola. Guests serve themselves and pay by the ounce instead of by the cup size. A healthier alternative to a coffee shop hang out, locations are furnished with couches and tables, patio seating and provide free Wi-Fi access.
