Pick Up Stix Restaurants Names Robert Rodriguez President and Chief Operating Officer
Rodriguez, who will report to the president and CEO of Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, will be responsible for all aspects of Pick Up Stix and will provide the strategic and operational leadership for the brand including the development of a long-term growth plan.
Rodriguez has more than 30 years of industry experience including his most recent position as president of Dunkin' Donuts. Prior to that role, Rodriguez was brand officer for Togo's, a 300-unit Dunkin' Brands chain and held executive level positions with brands such as Mrs. Fields Famous Brands as senior vice president of Operations, Gloria Jean's Gourmet Coffee as president, McDonald's where he held various executive roles, and PepsiCo where he spent 11 years in leadership roles including zone vice president of the Taco Bell division.
Pick Up Stix is a fast casual, fresh Asian restaurant chain with close to 100 locations in Arizona, California and Nevada.
