Baja Fresh Mexican Grill Opens First Baja Fresh Express Restaurants at Los Angeles International Airport and the University of Southern California
Baja Fresh Mexican Grill the quick casual Mexican grill chain today announced the grand opening of its two newest locations and its newest concept, Baja Fresh Express. These new express concepts opened in terminal seven at Los Angeles International Airport and the second location in the newest food facility at the University of Southern California.
'We are very happy to be associated with our two newest franchisees HMSHost and USC foodservice,' said James Walker, 'Our new Baja Fresh Express will be the first of many that we plan on opening over the next few years.'
Baja Fresh Express at LAX terminal seven is a highbred version of Baja Fresh, allowing guests to build their own burrito customizing their meal the way they want it. 'Timing and speed are essential in an airport setting were guests are looking for a quick meal of snack while waiting for a flight,' says Walker. 'Our new Baja Fresh Express speeds guests from start to finish in less than four minutes.'
Baja Fresh Express at the Lot on the University of Southern California will bring students and faculty alike the freshest in Mexican fare prepared quickly.
Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Thousand Oaks, Calif., Baja Fresh operates or franchises 291 restaurants nationwide, all featuring its fresh Mexican-inspired food, made to order and served in a hurry.
