Cuisine Solutions Joins Forces with Top Chefs to Support US in the World's Most Rigorous Culinary Competition |

Cuisine Solutions, Inc., (AMEX:FZN) announced today that it will join forces with the world's top chefs, including two of their own Fiveleaf chef partners, Chef Daniel Boulud and Chef Thomas Keller, to help support and prepare the selected US team for competition at the international culinary event Bocuse d'Or. |
This rigorous competition starts this coming weekend in Orlando with the selection of one team out of eight to represent the USA in Lyon, France January 27-28 2009. The US Team is being assisted by Fiveleaf Chefs, Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud. Cuisine Solutions' Fiveleaf subsidiary will provide 3 days of sous-vide training to the winners of the US competition to prepare them for the final competition. Stanislas Vilgrain, Cuisine Solutions' CEO and President, states 'This competition is a showcase of US innovation and talent in the kitchen. To support the US team, we have offered our services to help Daniel and Thomas bring victory to the US.' Cuisine Solutions recently began formal training classes in sous-vide and with its recent acquisition of CREA in Paris.
Cuisine Solutions and CREA have advanced knowledge and scientific studies of sous-vide cooking as no one else has. Cuisine Solutions' recently announced plans for a future sous-vide training facility in the US, which has already attracted a lot of attention. Its CREA facility has been training chef's on the innovative technique since the early 90's. Cuisine Solutions and the other sponsors want to wish the finalists good luck as we hope to bring a Championship to the US for the first time in the twenty year history of the event.
