Rise & Dine Announces New Hire for Franchise Operations
Newly appointed franchise operations manager, Nolan Saunders, brings his extensive experience in restaurant management to the fast-growing, breakfast-lunch chain Rise & Dine(TM) Restaurants, Inc.
"We are pleased to attract such a talented corporate trainer as Nolan to our team," said Butch Velie, Rise & Dine(TM) Restaurants co-owner and CEO and president. "Quality training and franchisee communications are crucial components for both recruiting and retaining satisfied franchisees."
Previously a training manager at BD's Mongolian Barbeque in the Arena District of downtown Columbus, Saunders was involved in all aspects of restaurant management in both the front and back of the house. In his new role at Rise & Dine(TM) Restaurants, Saunders will work with franchisees companywide to provide training, communications and resources.
Saunders holds certificates in ServSafe, Food Safety First, Person in Charge and TIPS. He also is receiving his Rise & Dine(TM) Restaurants' training certification. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Saunders and his wife Katiy reside in Powell, Ohio.
Rise & Dine(TM) Restaurants operates 10 locations in three states: Ohio, Texas and Missouri. Ten additional locations are scheduled to open soon.
Restaurants are open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and offer a wide variety of breakfast and lunch fare, including signature dishes such as French Toast Crunch, Steak & Eggs and Chicken Salad with Fresh Fruit. The menu also features fruit-filled pastries called "Fruit Blossoms." In addition, the restaurants offer take out, catering and special event hosting.
Franchise opportunities are currently available for both first-time owners and existing franchise owner/operators and developers.
