UFood Restaurant Group, Inc. (OTCBB: UFFC), a franchisor and operator of fast-casual food restaurants, today announced that the franchise developer in the Rocky Mountain states has signed a lease for a unit in Draper, UT, a suburb 20 miles south of Salt Lake City.
Draper is a growing suburban city that has a young, upwardly mobile population and a highly educated work force. The developer expects to break ground in September with anticipation of a grand opening this year.
