A successful California-based Peruvian casual dining restaurant group, Inka Grill is in the process of being franchised nationally and is collaborating with one of the nations most successful franchise consultancy firms, Francorp Inc. Francorp is one of the world's leading franchise development companies and has created over 2,000 full franchise programs, many of which have become global market leaders. Inka Grill will be one of the first Peruvian restaurant franchise concepts to be established in the USA.
Restaurant Holdings Group CEO, Mr. Richard Damion stated, "We are extremely confident that the Inka Grill concept will be a monumental success. Inka Grill was founded by Ana Kishihara almost 15 years ago, and is one of the most successful Peruvian restaurant groups in Southern California. These Zagat award winning restaurants were founded on home-style cooking from the Northern Provinces of Peru where seafood, chicken, lamb, beef and potatoes are the staple.
