Pick Up Stix Restaurants Names Rich Fox Vice President of Finance
Pick Up Stix restaurants today announced the promotion of Rich Fox to Vice President of Finance.
Rich is a valued member of the leadership team. In this new role he will be positioned to make even more strategic contributions to the organization," said Brad Bixby, vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, parent of Pick Up Stix." His significant contributions in business planning, analysis and insight have made Pick Up Stix a stronger restaurant brand."
Fox began his career with Pick Up Stix in March of 2007 as Senior Director of Finance. Prior to that, Fox was a finance and strategic planning consultant. He has worked with Fairfield Residential Real Estate Company and Catalina Restaurant Group, where he was the Vice President of Finance and Analysis.
Pick Up Stix is a fast casual, fresh Asian chain with close to 100 locations in Arizona, California and Nevada.
