Passport Restaurants, Inc. Announces Change in Name and State of Incorporation

  • Restaurant News Resource Passport Restaurants, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PSPR) (FWB:PPU), a restaurant holding company, announced today that it has changed its name to Pacific Restaurant Holdings, Inc. In making the announcement, John Creed, the Chairman and CEO of Pacific Restaurant Holdings, Inc. said the Company was making the name change to better delineate its core business.

    In addition, it was announced the State of Incorporation of the Company has been changed from Texas to Delaware.

    The above actions were taken upon receipt of the required shareholder votes approving the transaction.
