H3 Enterprises, Inc. President and CEO, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, Signs Miami HipHopSodaShop(TM) Agreement
H3 Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: HTRE) President and CEO, Dr. Benjamin Chavis announced today that H3 Inc. has formally begun the process to open the second HipHopSodaShop national in Miami. On March 6, 2008, Dr. Chavis signed an agreement with Robert Clarington, Jr., General Manager and Owner of SILQUI'S Seafood and Steak Restaurant and Lounge to take the necessary steps and due diligence to convert SILQUI'S into the HipHopSodaShop in Miami.
Dr. Chavis stated, "Today H3 Enterprises, Inc. is moving forward with our business plan to open HipHopSodaShops in major cities across America. Miami is a key world class city with great economic development vitality. Miami is also an international hub of hip-hop culture with some of the world's greatest artistic talent. We had been searching for the best possible business expansion opportunity in Miami after successfully opening our first HipHopSodaShop in Tampa three months ago. SILQUI'S is a well established profitable business, and Robert Clarington is one of the most respected businessmen in Miami and Dade County. We are pleased that our discussions together have been productive and led to the signing of a detailed Letter of Intent Agreement. We will now move expeditiously to consummate a Joint Venture Agreement between H3 Inc. and SILQUI'S, as we prepare to open Miami's first HipHopSodaShop and H3's Inc. second business unit."
SILQUIS is located at 2710 N.W. 167th Street, Miami Gardens, FL 33054. This will be the site of the HipHopSodaShop in Miami that will feature a state of the art Microsoft Xbox 360 Competitive Online Video Gaming Center along the best in hip-hop and R&B music, videos, branded merchandise, recording studio and a menu of great tasting food and beverage.
The site in Miami Gardens was introduced to H3 Inc.'s Chairman Keith Chutjian by Eric Pettus, Founder and Owner of Pettus & Dawkins Financial Group, 152 N.W. 166 Street, Miami, FL 33169. Pettus also represents one of the largest church-based, economic empowerment networks in the United States, the Collective Banking Group, including church leaders and members throughout the East Coast from Maryland to Florida. Pettus emphasized, "I am looking forward to blending the success of Robert Clarington's SILQUIS and the HipHopSodaShop(TM) brand together to bring 'real' financial empowerment to the Greater Miami Area community and beyond. This is an historic moment!"
Pettus continued, "I must admit that when H3 approached me and asked me to help find an existing location in Miami to joint venture with, SILQUI'S came to mind immediately, but I was skeptical. Let's be honest. Most companies would have come into the community opened up and put a successful entrepreneur like Rob out of business. When I listened to Dr. Ben Chavis (a living legend in the civil rights struggle), talk about the HipHopSodaShop(TM) concept, and his vision for the brand. I allowed myself to dream of the infinite possibilities of combining the success of SILQUI'S and the power of a publicly traded company together. HipHopSodaShop Miami is gonna be Hot!"
Robert Clarington concluded, "I would like to thank Dr Ben Chavis and H3 Enterprises, Inc. for the opportunity to enhance my dream of bringing upscale dining and a smooth entertainment environment to the largest black city in the state of Florida, the beautiful Miami Gardens. For those who have experienced the smooth vibe of SILQUI'S, you can look forward to that and so much more. So stay tuned because the HipHopSodaShop(TM) in Miami will be an experience that has yet to be seen."
