O'Charley's Inc. Names Jeffrey Campbell Vice President of Human Resources for the O'Charley's Concept |

O'Charley's Inc. (Nasdaq: CHUX), a leading casual-dining restaurant company, announced today that as part of its previously-announced reorganization of the human resources function, Jeffrey Campbell joined the Company as vice president of human resources for the O'Charley's concept. |
In his new position, Campbell will be responsible for field human resources for the O'Charley's concept and all headquarters functions.
Prior to joining O'Charley's, Campbell, age 54, was Chief People Officer for Morton's Steakhouses in Chicago. Previously, he was Vice President of Human Resources for Logan's Roadhouse, and spent over 20 years in a number of operating and human resources positions with Darden Restaurants. He earned a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Minnesota.

Consistent with the Company's philosophy of aligning the interests of its management with those of its shareholders, the Company has granted Campbell restricted stock awards for an aggregate of 6,000 shares of the Company's common stock that will vest ratably over four years. These awards constitute inducement awards under NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350.
