Kolache Factory Continues Expansion During 25th Anniversary Year

Kolache Factory celebrates the grand opening of the newest of its 33 nationwide locations. The new location, at 13977 Westheimer, between Highway 6 and West Hollow Drive, features homemade pastries filled with a variety of the finest ingredients, such as meats, cheeses and fruits. All of the kolaches are baked fresh daily in the bakery-café. The new location also features free Wi-Fi as well as a variety of specialty coffees.

Kolache Factory is receiving local and national attention for its concept and product, and was recently named one of the top 50 foodservice bakeries in the United States by Modern Baking magazine. Kolache Factory co-founder and president, John Banks, states, 'We have been passionate about providing the highest quality and freshest product for 25 years, and are pleased to continue our growth in West Houston. We are proud of our products, which are unique in a variety of ways: from the way they look, the way they taste, to the different fillings that are available and our absolute commitment to freshness.'

This year Kolache Factory launched its new Gift Card program to provide customers with added convenience. The gift cards are available in various denominations, and are the ideal gift for clients, employees, family and friends.

Beginning on November 1st, the new location will feature Kolache Factory's holiday favorites, which are only available during the holiday season through December 31st. Customers can enjoy the following signature holiday kolaches: pumpkin pie, pecan pie or turkey and dressing kolaches, which are the perfect addition to any holiday festivity.

In addition to serving various types of kolaches, customers can also enjoy gourmet coffees and a variety of traditional pastries such as cinnamon rolls, croissants, strudel niks and other delicious treats.

Kolache Factory was founded in Houston in 1982, is privately owned and operated, and ships its products nationwide. There are currently 19 company-owned and eight franchise stores in the Houston area, one franchise store in Denver, CO, St. Louis, MO, Overland Park, KS, Beaumont, TX and two in Austin, TX. The corporate office owns two locations in Indianapolis, IN.
