I am honored to be a panelist in the new webinar series presented by University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). The series features a variety of one hour webinars presented by specialists.
You can see the current offerings on the List of Events by Program (at https://hotelunlv.webex.com/ ) and registration is very easy. Simply click the event (underlined in blue) and then click Register.
The webinars may be seen in a conference room with a speaker phone. The number of attendees on your end is left to your discretion.
Recently, the blog post entitled Food Cost Basics received an excellent response from the blog community. Just click the link (above) to go directly to the registration page. These are "live" webinars and questions may be asked and answered using the Webex technology. It is also possible to record the sessions.
