The Custom Beverage Menu Store first guides hotels through a vast array of drinks created by The Hilton Family of Hotels corporate food and beverage team. Drink categories include martinis, margaritas, specialties, favorites, classics and non-alcoholic refreshers. In addition to selecting cocktails, hotels create their own beer and wine lists. Pricing for all beverages is custom per hotel.

Once beverage selections have been made, hotels have the opportunity to add custom appetizers or promotions before moving to the last section of the process which is choosing the menu cover and design that reflects the image of the hotel. Seven menu designs in a variety of sizes are available with a selection of cover choices ranging from brushed aluminum to linen to faux leather.

'The flexibility the hotels have in creating menus that enhance their guests' overall experiences and the quality of the menus are two of the most successful elements of the initiative,' said Al Ferrone, regional food & beverage director for Hilton Hotels Corporation.
