The cookbook salutes the carefree lifestyle that the Hooters restaurants are known for, with chapters featuring everything from tailgating and grilling, to recipes to impress, as well as a whole section dedicated to wings.
Inspired by Hooters menu items, Hooties's Burger, Drunken Chicken and "Don't be Crabby" Dip are a small taste of the recipe variety found in this hardbound book. "All the recipes were developed with one thing in mind, the love for food. If you love to cook, entertain or you just enjoy eating, there is something in here for you," explained Hooters of America's Corporate Chef, Scott Kinsey. The 144 pages also contain cooking tips, food and sports factoids, plus Hooters history highlights.
"For 23 years Hooters has been known for beautiful Hooters Girls, hot wings and cold beer. While this is certainly a great claim to fame, the reality is that Hooters is much more. Our menu is diverse and our commitment to food excellence unwavering. There is also a great story of community service and innovative business practices. This book will do a lot to show people the diversity and quality of the brand," said Mike McNeil the longtime Vice President of Marketing for Hooters of America. "There are many great recipes, but more importantly, there is a great story of a company that blazed a new trail and built a super brand," continued McNeil. The cookbook is available now in Hooters restaurants, on Hooters.com and major retail outlets.
