The expanded Guinness Grill menu will include the Guinness Glaze on a Mixed Grill with a choice of ribs, chicken, shrimp and one side; Bacon Burger, also available as a pita; Grilled Chicken Sandwich; Crispy Chicken Sandwich; and a Grilled Chicken Stir-fry.
"The initial introduction of our signature Guinness Glaze and the added flavor it brought to our menu was a homerun with customers," said Clay Dover, vice president of marketing. "That solidified our decision to extend the promotion, broaden the menu, and also offer some attractive sandwich options for our lunch crowd."
The Guinness Grill menu, which originally debuted in June, also features the glaze on Boneless Chicken Wings, Popcorn Shrimp, "Oh, Baby" Back Ribs, Top Sirloin, Grilled Chicken and Grilled Shrimp.
