Ms. Iliff has varied experience in operations and human resources in the restaurant industry. In her most recent position at Jamba Juice, Ms. Iliff developed the learning organizational concept for the brand as a cultural platform that supported its educational and growth goals. Prior to her tenure at Jamba Juice, Ms. Iliff served as Vice President of Business Process and Education for Bennigan's Restaurants. There she reengineered the training and organization development processes, reversing turnover, incorporating process improvement, and garnering awards for program development. Ms. Iliff also served as Training Director and held various roles in restaurant operations.
