Quality Restaurant Ventures to Expand Franchising of New Sobiks Cafe Concept
Quality Restaurant Ventures Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: QRVI) reported today that its newest concept, Sobiks Cafes, has surpassed its initial first year sales and operational expectations.
This is the first announcement concerning the addition to QRVI's flagship brand, Sobiks Sub Shops, and provides QRVI with a new franchising product that requires less space than a traditional stand-alone restaurant.
"We've found a new restaurant franchising niche that we expect to aggressively promote," reported QRVI President Dan Patterson. Sobiks Cafes have been designed to be placed in downtown office buildings and suburban commercial centers with a minimum of 90% occupancy. There are currently three Sobiks Cafes with additional locations under construction and in negotiation.
