Comfort Inn Hotel Opens In Auburn, Calif.
AUBURN, Calif. (Oct. 16, 2002) - A Comfort Inn hotel recently opened here at 1875 Auburn Ravine Road.
Formerly a Best Inn & Suites hotel, the Comfort Inn hotel is owned and operated by Meyer Crest LTD of Redding, Calif.
The two-story hotel features 79 units with king- or queen-size beds, coffeemaker, remote-controlled cable television, computer data port, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Some rooms also feature a microwave, refrigerator and sofabed. Handicapped and non-smoking rooms are available.
The Comfort Inn hotel features an outdoor pool, exercise room, breakfast area that seats up to 38 people and guest laundry services.
Rates begin at $74 and include a complimentary continental breakfast. Children, ages 17 and under, stay free when accompanied by an adult.
Discounts are available when booked in advance for seniors, American Automobile Association members, business travelers, government and military personnel and groups.
The Comfort Inn hotel is located off U.S. Interstate 80 and two miles from Old Town Auburn and close to boating and fishing areas. Many restaurants are within walking distance.
The Comfort Inn hotel participates in Choice’s Choice Privileges frequent-traveler program where guests can earn points toward free stays, vacations and gifts when staying at U.S. Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Clarion and Sleep Inn brand hotels.
