HMSHost and Wolfgang Puck Worldwide Announce Strategic Alliance |

Leading Concessionaire and World-Renowned Chef Team up to Create Memorable Dining Experiences for Travelers |
Wolfgang Puck, one of America's most prominent chefs and restaurateurs, and HMSHost, one of the world's leading providers of food, beverage and retail concessions to the travel industry, announced a multi-year strategic alliance to pursue growth opportunities in the transportation sector.

Mr. Puck shares Mr. McCarthy's enthusiasm. "HMSHost is a great company because they understand the importance of originality and innovation," he said. I've had the pleasure of working with HMSHost on projects in Chicago O'Hare and Toronto airports, and I am impressed with their dynamic vision and their commitment to excellence. The two firms will seek opportunities to share Mr. Puck's world-famous culinary stylings with travelers throughout North America. Focusing primarily on travel venues, the alliance will look to deliver an authentic Wolfgang Puck experience in a variety of different forms:
-- Wolfgang Puck Express, a fast casual concept offering counter service and an expanded menu. Certain markets will feature an expanded Express with table service, a full bar, and a larger seating area.
-- The Wolfgang Puck Kiosk, offering quick, convenient access to a variety of the master chef's famous overstuffed sandwiches served on focaccia bread and crisp salads.
The concepts will showcase a variety of Wolfgang Puck's signature creations including: the Chinois(R) Chicken Salad with fresh Asian vegetables, pan roasted chicken breast, crispy wontons and Mr. Puck's famous honey-mustard dressing; the Chicken Caesar sandwich, with Caesar dressing, tomatoes, and romaine lettuce; Butternut Squash Soup, with a roasted red pepper swirl and chives; and Four Cheese Pizza with freshly grated parmesan, mozzarella, fontina and goat cheese.
