Pizza Chain Continues Aggressive Expansion in Florida |
Quality Restaurant Ventures, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: QRVI), franchisor of Sobik's Subs sandwich restaurants, and Head West Enterprises, franchisor of Westshore Pizza, are pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with the Shamen Group to develop a minimum of 35 Westshore Pizza restaurants over the next 90 months in the Orlando area. Westshore currently has 16 stores operating in the market.
Paul Samson, Managing Member of Head West Enterprises, LLC, said he was pleased to sign an agreement with Shamen Group. "This deal will really push forward our presence in Orlando," Samson said. "Shamen Group is ready to move in the marketplace with operational stores."
The group will further develop locations in Orange, Osceola, Lake and Seminole counties in Central Florida.
Westshore Pizza currently has 48 stores that are predominantly located in the greater Tampa Bay market. With aggressive area developers, Westshore Pizza has plans for continued expansion throughout the state.
QRVI recently acquired a part of Head West Enterprises to combine economies of scale in marketing, purchasing and accounting and to help Westshore Pizza attract larger and more sophisticated developers.
