Round Table Pizza, Inc. will emerge from bankruptcy next week following confirmation of the Consensual Plan of Reorganization on December 12 by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Oakland, California. The company filed for Chapter 11 protection in February of this year.

The leading west coast pizza brand has granted the Mesa Group exclusive rights to open Round Table Pizza restaurants throughout Vietnam. The first Round Table restaurant will open in Ho Chi Minh City in March 2012.

Round Table Pizza, Inc. said yesterday it filed a petition for protection under Chapter 11 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Oakland designed to improve the company’s cash flow and stabilize its business through recapitalization of its debt and renegotiation of above-market leases.
