Seattle based Restaurants Unlimited, a national multi-concept operator, announced on Tuesday that industry veteran Chris Harter has been selected to lead the company as its chief executive officer.

From now until August 12th Restaurants Unlimited is offering 25% off all gift card purchases for the following restaurants: Kincaid's, Newport Bay, Newport Seafood Grill, Stanford's, Fondi, Palomino, Palisade, Cutters Bayhouse, Maggie Bluffs, Stanley and Seafort's, Horatio's, Skates on the Bay, Ryan's Grill, Manzana, Portland City Grill, Simon and Seafort's, Henry's Tavern, Billy Heartbeats, Clinkerdagger and Scott's Bar and Grill.

Restaurants Unlimited, Inc., an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc., announced that Norman Abdallah has been appointed as its new Chief Executive Officer and President effective March 25, 2009.

Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. (RUI), an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. (Sun Capital), today announced that it has acquired Pacific Coast Restaurants, Inc. (PCR). PCR operates 27 restaurants under the names of: Stanford's (9), Newport Bay (8), Manzana (3), Newport Seafood Grill (2), Portland City Grill, Henry's 12th Street Tavern, Portland Steak & Chophouse, Marina Fish House, and Billy Heartbeats. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
