Net earnings increased 34.0% to $13.6 million from $10.2 million, and earnings per diluted share increased 32.7% to $0.73 from $0.55

The Company expects the acquisition, if completed, to close before the end of this year. These restaurants are currently operated by franchisees David Fisher, Eric Lundgren, John Slaughenhaupt, and Brad Haber. Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. anticipates funding the purchase price with available cash.

Net earnings increased 32.5% to $11.3 million from $8.5 million, and earnings per diluted share increased 29.8% to $0.61 from $0.47

Same-store sales increased 5.9% at company-owned restaurants and 2.7% at franchised restaurants

Total revenue increased 19.6% to $182.2 million in the first quarter compared to $152.3 million in the first quarter of 2010.

Total revenue increased 13.1% to $163.9 million

In his new role, Mr. Schmidt will be responsible for management of the day-to-day operations of the business, reporting to Sally Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer.
