Pyramid Breweries Inc., (NASDAQ:PMID), a wholly owned subsidiary of Independent Brewers United, Inc., the parent of Magic Hat Brewing Company & Performing Arts Center, Inc., announced today the resignation of Scott Barnum, Jurgen Auerbach, Kurt Dammeier, David Rostov and Scott Svenson as Directors of the Pyramid Board.

Pyramid reported net loss of $2.1 million, or negative $0.22 per share for the quarter, compared to net income of $1.3 million, or $0.14 per diluted share in the first quarter a year ago.
