Revenues increased 9.4% to $98.7 million from $90.2 million

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. (NYSE: KKD) announced that Kenneth A. May has joined the Company as its new President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. May, age 51, will report to Chief Executive Officer James H. Morgan, and will be responsible for all of the Company's operating segments.
