Zimmerman Advertising was tapped by Tennessee-based Captain D's Seafood Kitchen to handle core strategy, creative and retail activation for its 550 restaurants in 25 states and on military bases around the globe.

OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC (OSI), the parent company of Outback Steakhouse, provided the following statement regarding the recently announced Consent Decree between the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Outback Steakhouse:

Famous Dave's of America, Inc. (NASDAQ: DAVE) President and CEO Christopher O'Donnell announced that Savory Investments, LLC has purchased the right to franchise four Famous Dave's Legendary Pit Bar-B-Que(R) restaurants in California and Nevada. The California markets covered by the agreement include Redding and Chico, and the Nevada markets include Reno and Sparks. This marks the thirteenth and fourteenth locations in California, as well as the fifth and sixth locations in Nevada.

Total revenues from continuing operations for the three-month period ended October 3, 2009 were $33,335,000 versus $34,626,000 in the three months ended September 27, 2008. Total revenues from continuing operations for fiscal 2009 were $115,007,000 versus $125,390,000 in fiscal 2008.
